2nd pressing with the different picture sleeve. Track list is the same. The reissue cover features the striking portrait of The Beatles previously used on "Vee-Jay" 's subsidairy "Tollie"  label, the "LOVE ME DO" picture sleeve. Less than 100 copies are believed to have been pressed.
