Peter Blake (the artist, who designed the Sgt.Pepper cover) currently has an exhibition in the Liverpool Tate (until May 2001) a piece called "Liverpool Collage". Mr.Blake invited Paul to come up with an accompanying sound collage, which when looking at his artwork would also invoke feelings of Liverpool. This release is that sound collage.
